Are you interested in working with your dreams? The heart of Archetypal Dreamwork is working one-on-one with a dreamwork analyst. Sessions can be in person, by phone, or via Skype. Location is not a barrier, and many clients find that talking by phone or via Skype is as intimate and powerful as meeting in person.
Double Teaming Sessions for Individuals or Couples are also available with North of Eden Co-Founders Marc Bregman and Christa Lancaster.
For more information and/or to schedule an appointment, contact Marc Bregman or Christa Lancaster at email@example.com or call 802.229.8268 or 802.477.3811 (in the U.S.).

From Ben: “I incorporate work with dreams into my therapy to whatever degree the client wants to. My experience is that using dreams dramatically increases the healing power of the work we do. Clients who engage in dreamwork have progressed significantly quicker than ones who do not. Even using one dream can provide the path for huge insight and changes. I have found that the dreams always take clients right to the place where their deepest issues sit and allows them to step right to that edge with a tremendous amount of internal support. It opens up the surface of therapeutic work in every way, regardless of age. I literally work with folks from the age six to sixty.
I have been a seeker all my life. I was born the daughter of a Methodist minister and felt the Divine presence in my life from an early age. As a teenager, I began practicing and studying yoga and meditation, exploring many spiritual paths. I was fortunate to find Archetypal Dreamwork in 1989 when I was still in my 20s, working one-on one and in classes, with founder, Marc Bregman. Archetypal Dreamwork has continued to be a guiding light, a constant companion, ever since.
Cheptu, as she is affectionately known, is an Archetypal Dreamwork Analyst under the tutelage of Christa Lancaster and Marc Bregman, and has been a practitioner of the work for six years. She brings to the work her Gullah roots in the South Carolina Lowcountry, clinical chaplaincy, pastoral care and over 40 years of experience in music education/therapy and music ministry.
My Dreamwork journey began in 2008 when I first heard about Archetypal Dreamwork on Oprah’s Soul Series. It was truly an amazing feeling as I listened because I felt every cell in my body say “Yes, this is my life’s work.” Until then, I had never so completely known what I was supposed to do. And I knew, not only was I saying yes to my spiritual growth, I was also saying yes to learning from others as a dream analyst, if they felt moved to do this work.
